Now an avid venture capitalist and mentor, he has invested in more than 100 startups, as a founding partner of Detroit Venture Partners.  He is a two-time recipient of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, and has also been honored with the President Barack Obama Champion of Change Award.  Linkner offers fascinating insight on the risks that companies face when they rely on the past to determine the future, as well as valuable tools and techniques for fostering innovation, creativity and disruption within one's organization.
